Positive: 🌴 Nas House Villa — a pocket of calm in a buzzing city Staying at Nas House Villa felt like stepping into a warm, creative sanctuary tucked away from Dubai’s fast pace. I loved the balance it offered. It was social when you wanted connection, yet peaceful when you needed your own space. The design had a relaxed, homey charm with thoughtful details that made it feel lived in, not just visited. The shared areas sparked easy conversations, and there was always a quiet corner for reading or working. What stood out most was the atmosphere. It wasn’t just a place to stay, it felt like a small community where ideas, cultures, and stories naturally blended.

Great place, highly recommend Positive: Nothing to dislike - house, decor, staff all great Negative: External Panelling loose in villa 54 - 2 strangers walked through the garden, past the pool and used the front gate. Lack of privacy wasn’t appreciated or the rudeness and entitlement of the guests walking through. This issue needs to be fixed.

No correct information Positive: nice place Negative: Unfortunately, I booked a villa, and upon arrival, the pool lights weren't working, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, and there was no private bathroom for two bedrooms. Regrettably, this wasn't explained to me, no action was taken, and the staff were uncooperative. When I informed them about the problem, they claimed ignorance of the lighting issue, except for the security guard who stated that the pool wasn't working, a fact I wasn't notified of. The service was extremely poor.
