The hotel is 100% Value for money, central location! Dubai at its best! Positive: Its a very different concept, it feels home yet in a hotel Negative: Just so they can improve, they need to have a more professional housekeeping team

it was a budget friendly backpack travel experience rather than a private comfy accommodation Positive: Location is good, the villa concepts as well, the atmosphere is somehow relaxing but... Negative: There was no cold water, we had to do a shower with very hot water There was not even a bottle of water in the room The furniture in the common areas was dirty in the upholstery Outdoor swimming pools were dirty and not really fancy The overall experience was more at a hostel level
